Important Dates and Deadlines - Graduate Students

Use the list below to keep track of tasks you need to complete before your arrival on campus. All dates are subject to change and will be updated throughout the summer. Please be sure to check your admitted student portal and Wentworth email throughout the summer for the most up-to-date information.

June 2026

  • June 10 - Course Registration Survey

All new graduate students are pre-registered for classes before the start of their first semester at Wentworth. In order for our Registrar and your Program Director to pick the ideal classes for you, we request that you fill out a quick, two-question survey on your schedule preferences. The course registration survey will be available on your admissions portal.

  • June 15 - Fall Semester EBill Available

The Fall 2026 E-Bill will be available on June 15  and is due August 1. Wentworth does not mail paper bills, so please follow these steps to view the bill:

  • June 15 - Health Insurance Waiver Available

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires that all students (undergraduate, graduate, and Co-op) who are enrolled as three-quarter time or more credits be covered by the student health insurance plan or a health insurance plan with comparable coverage.  Wentworth automatically adds the charge for a Student Health Insurance Plan to the EBill of every student.

The student health insurance charge can be waived if you have adequate coverage as outlined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, but you must take action to waive it.  Health insurance and waiver information can be found on the Student Accounts Office website. You will be able to enroll in or waive the health insurance starting June 15 and is due August 1.

Students who are not covered by a family plan must enroll in the Student Health Insurance Program.

Students who have not waived or enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Program by the semester’s due date may incur late payment fees and have a hold on their student account that will prevent them from moving into campus housing.

  • June 25 - Priority deadline to submit housing medical accommodation request

Submit the accommodation request form here

July 2026*

*We recognize that some graduate students may be depositing after July 1. The Graduate Enrollment team will work with these students to ensure they have sufficient time to complete required pre-arrival tasks.

August 2026

September 2026

  • September 1 - International student move-in (tentative)

International students will move in on September 1 and then participate in International Student Orientation on September 2 and 3.

Please check your E-Bill to ensure it is paid in full, on a payment plan and/or covered by alternative resources by the August 1 due date. Students with a hold will not be permitted to move on campus. A balance due hold will be placed on a student’s account anytime there is a balance owed. A balance due hold prevents a student from moving into housing, registering for classes, viewing grades, and receiving a transcript.

  • September 3 - New student move-in (tentative)

Students living on campus will receive their assigned move-in time the first week of August.

Please check your E-Bill to ensure it is paid in full, on a payment plan and/or covered by alternative resources by the August 1 due date. Students with a hold will not be permitted to move on campus. A balance due hold will be placed on a student’s account anytime there is a balance owed. A balance due hold prevents a student from moving into housing, being issued a new laptop, registering for classes, viewing grades, and receiving a transcript.

  • September 3 - Graduate Student Welcome Reception (tentative)

Graduate students are invited to attend an on-campus welcome reception to meet fellow students, faculty, and staff while enjoying some drinks and appetizers. More details will be shared in the summer.
