  • Graduation: December 11, 2025 
    DateDeadline
    November 7 – December 12, 2025The Registrar’s Office will publish the updated Precleared List of students who are cleared to graduate on Friday of each week until the deadline. The initial list of WIT ID numbers will appear here.
    November 21, 2025Last Day to submit all program adjustments (e.g., course substitution forms, etc.) to the Registrar’s Office.
    December 1, 2025Last Day to apply for December Graduation via LeopardWeb.
    December 12, 2025The students on the Precleared List posted on this date will be included in the April 2026 Commencement Program.
    January 9, 2026Last Day to submit official transcripts for outstanding transfer credits to be processed.
    April 16, 2026All successful December graduates (who did not Petition to Walk in August) are invited to take part in the following spring semester commencement ceremony.
