President, BOND Building Construction

Frank has over 30 years of construction industry experience with strong leadership and management expertise in planning, preconstruction and project delivery. These strengths make him very effective in organizing teams to deliver exceptional value to BOND Building Construction clients. In addition, he has led numerous company initiatives, including the development of people strategies, plans for continued regional expansion, best-in-class project delivery, and state-of-the-art technology platforms.

Prior to working with BOND Corporate and leading BOND Building, Frank held leadership positions in both construction and institutional settings and formerly served as the Chief of Operations for Harvard Business School. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s program in Management Development and holds an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Sharon Jozokos

Sharon Jozokos

Vice President Healthcare, Columbia Construction

As Vice President of Healthcare at Columbia, Sharon has built a successful career on integrity, passion for winning, and hard work. Sharon earned her MBA at Boston College and her Construction Management degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology. With almost 30 years of construction experience, Sharon has cultivated a diverse portfolio of satisfied healthcare clients including, Mass General Brigham, Maine Medical Center, Beth Israel Lahey Health, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Tufts Medicine, and Fenway Health. She works closely with the Columbia team to bring best practices, organization, and innovation to all projects.

A strong role model in the construction industry, Sharon is continually recognized for her dedication and tremendous efforts. In 2021 Boston Real Estate Times named her one of the ten outstanding women leaders in commercial real estate. She was recognized three times by her alma mater for her extensive volunteerism and exceptional leadership; in 2021 Sharon was inducted into the The Wentworth Omicron IV Chapter of Sigma Lambda Chi International Construction Management Honor Society, in 2020 she was awarded the Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Alumni Association Phillip J. Brooks Alumni Leadership Award, and in 2013 she received the distinguished “Woman of the Year” award. Supporting her colleagues and sharing her knowledge is of the highest importance to Sharon. Her extensive volunteer efforts reach many industry organizations including, the National Association of Women in Construction, Wentworth Institute of Technology’s University Advisor, the Construction Management Industry Advisory Board, and the Massachusetts Girls in Trades Advisory Board. She is also a member of Massachusetts Maritime Academy’s Engineering Council, ASHE, and NEHES.

Mark Stoever

Mark Stoever

CEO, Smartlinx

Mark Stoever joined Smartlinx as Chief Executive Officer in January 2024.

Prior to joining Smartlinx, Mark served as CEO of 2020 Technologies, a global leader of specialized computer-aided design software dedicated to serving the two-sided marketplace between residential and commercial product manufacturers and design professionals. Before joining 2020 Technologies, Mark served as Chief Executive Officer of Monster Worldwide, a global online employment company where he oversaw the company’s business operations for the industry leading brand for connecting jobs and people. Under Mark’s leadership, Monster has transformed its product platform and portfolio with a focus on innovation and the introduction of several award-winning new products.

Mark has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lycos, Inc., the early dot-com search engine, and web portal, which became one of the most visited online destinations in the world. Mark led many of the company’s most recognizable and successful first-generation digital platforms including Search, Social Community, and Electronic Commerce.

Mark is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and has served as a board of director on several private and public boards including the Massachusetts High Technology Council, Junior Achievement, and Panera Bread. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree with high distinction from Boston’s Wentworth Institute of Technology.
