Student Financial Services
A More Integrated Way to Support Students
To better serve our students, Wentworth has launched the Student Financial Services (SFS) office. SFS brings Financial Aid and Student Accounts together into a single, coordinated experience designed to make managing your education at Wentworth clearer, simpler, and more supportive from enrollment through graduation. Whether you have questions about your aid package, your bill, or military-connected benefits, you now have one dedicated SFS Counselor to guide you. Same portals, same aid, just a more seamless way to get things done.

One Office. One Counselor.
Under our new model, each student is assigned one dedicated, cross-trained Student Financial Services Assistant Director/Counselor.
Instead of working with multiple offices or advisors, you’ll have one consistent point of contact who understands your full financial picture and can help you with:
- Financial aid eligibility and awards
- Billing statements and payment plans
- Scholarships, grants, loans, and external funding
- Changes to enrollment, housing, or academic status
- Questions that span both aid and billing
This continuity ensures timely, informed guidance—and a more personalized experience throughout your time at Wentworth.
Support for Military-Connected Students
To better support our military-connected community, the Military-Connected Services office is now part of Student Financial Services. This integration strengthens coordination for students using VA education benefits and related programs, ensuring that financial aid, billing, and military benefits work together seamlessly. Military-connected students can receive support with VA education benefits and certification, coordination between VA funding and financial aid, and billing timelines and account questions.
