The Center for Wellness

The Center for Wellness is comprised of Counseling Services, Health Promotion and Education, and Fitness and Wellness. Each provides specific services to students while working together holistically to improve students’ experiences.

Counseling Services

Counseling Services offers students individual counseling, group counseling, crisis intervention, referrals to off-campus treatment providers, and consultation and training with faculty, staff and student leaders. Our services aim to support students' mental health, wellness and personal and academic growth.

Office of Health Promotion & Education

The Office of Health Promotion and Education is dedicated to helping students make good choices about nutrition and lifestyle through education on healthy behaviors that can be practiced throughout life.

Fitness & Wellness

The Department of Fitness and Wellness fosters and promotes a healthy learning environment for students, faculty and staff by implementing innovative and exciting opportunities that encourage intellectual, physical, social and spiritual well-being.

Optum Student Health Services

Wentworth contracts with Optum Health to provide medical services to enrolled students.

In the case of a life-threatening emergency, when on campus, students should immediately contact the Wentworth Office of Public Safety at 617-989-4444. When off-campus, students should call 911.

An Optum Patient Registration Form can also be found online. Please call to inquire about which insurance providers are accepted.

Immunization Compliance

Students enrolled at Wentworth must provide several immunizations required by the state of Massachusetts. For more information, please visit our website linked below. 

Note: To maintain a safe and healthy campus, Wentworth is requiring students to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
