Set up a Recovery Method
Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) lets you reset your password in minutes.
To use it, add a recovery method to your Wentworth account—like a personal email or phone number. This lets you verify your identity and reset your password on your own.
If you forget your password and haven’t set up a recovery method, you’ll need help from Tech Spot and may be required to verify your identity in person at Beatty Hall.
Make sure you have at least one recovery method set up.
Account Security
Your Wentworth account gives access to sensitive data across many campus systems. Protect it by:
- Keeping your password private (per university policy)
- Using a strong, unique password
- Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
- Updating your credentials regularly
- Avoiding phishing emails
