Wentworth Institute of Technology alumnus Gregory Cordeiro is putting his Industrial Design degree to work, proving that quality American manufacturing isn't a thing of the past. Cordeiro is the founder and CEO of Easymoc, a Maine-based footwear company dedicated to crafting high-quality, handsewn moccasins.
After graduating from Wentworth, Cordeiro built a career with industry giants like Puma, Timberland, and Clark's. He's now returned to his entrepreneurial roots, focusing on skill, craftsmanship, and a commitment to domestic sourcing. His Lewiston, Maine factory employs a team of experienced craftspeople—some with over 60 years in the trade—to create shoes that are built to last.
The company champions American-made materials, from its Chicago leather to its Massachusetts-sourced soles, all while navigating the modern challenges of competing in a global market.
