  Saturday, October 24 - Lunch on the Quad
  Alumni, Families & Guests: $15.00 per person
  Wentworth Students & Children Under 10: Free
• Saturday, October 24 – Athletics Lot Party
  Alumni, Families & Guests 21+: $10.00 per person
  Wentworth Students & Guest under 21: Free
• Black & Gold Society (Classes of 1976 and Older) and 1904 Society: $50 per person
   (Includes access to the Black & Gold Society and 1904 Society Brunch on Friday, hands-on project in Accelerate, and the Saturday BBQ Lunch on the Quad)

Note: Offsite ticketed events have separate pricing and are limited to first come, first serve. If you plan to take part in these events, we highly recommend you purchase your tickets upon registration. Please refer to the Events Schedule below for full details.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. This includes but is not limited to tickets for Black & Gold and 1904 Society Activities, lunch tickets, and any offsite events. We cannot offer refunds regardless of weather, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

When you arrive on campus, please come to Beatty Hall. Take the elevator or stairs down 1 level to the ground floor and check-in here. *All tickets pre-purchased for off-campus events will be distributed at check-in. General Activities

12:30 PM: Campus Tour starting in Center for Engineering, Innovation & Sciences (CEIS) Lobby
Take a guided tour of campus with our Admissions Tour Staff!

1:00 - 4:00 PM: Campus Community Fest on the Quad
The event will include music, food and crafting/fall activities.

5:30 PM: Student Startup Competition & Market Place in Watson Auditorium

*Student Marketplace opens at XX PM!*

Mark your calendars for the third annual Leopard Launch Startup Competition, brought to you by Accelerate, Wentworth’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center! In this high-energy, Wentworth Weekend highlight, student entrepreneurs will take the stage to pitch their innovative startups to a panel of judges in just 5 minutes, competing for three big cash prizes. Immediately following, the audience can dive into the Leopard Launch marketplace, where even more student founders will be showcasing and selling their products and services. Cast your vote for the fan favorite and experience the next generation of Wentworth’s innovators in action!

Come to CEIS Lobby before the day's first activity to check-in, receive your welcome packet and mementos, and meet the Lifetime Engagement Team.

10:00 AM:  Black &Gold Society & 1904 Society Brunch: An exclusive alumni society honoring graduates celebrating their 50th reunion (1976) and beyond.

12:30 PM Campus Tour - Take a guided tour of campus. Meet in the Center for Engineering, Innovation and Sciences (CEIS) Lobby.

1:30 PM: Back to Class 
 Step back into the classroom and explore one of today's most talked-about innovations. This special "Back to Class" session for Black & Gold and 1904 Society members will examine the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence and its impact on everyday life, business, and higher education.

Start your morning having coffee with President Mark Thompson! Mingle with other guests, faculty, and staff.

10:00 AM: Wentworth Men's Alumni Soccer Game on NEW Sweeney Field
Come play in a casual soccer game or catch up with former teammates and other men’s soccer alumni. (New Sweeney Field located at 600 Parker Street)

10:30 AM – 3:30 PM: Fall Carnival on the Quad
Join us on the quad for fun, games and inflatables!

11:00 AM: Alumni Showcase #1

12:00 - 2:00 PM: Lunch on the Quad
$15 per person - note that all Wentworth students and children under 10 eat for free.

12:30 PM: Wentworth Men’s Soccer Game vs. Suffolk on New Sweeney Field located at 600 Parker Street

1:00 - 3:30 PM: Campus Tours starting in Sweeney Pavilion, Beatty Hall

Join us between the varsity men's and women's soccer games for the Wentworth Weekend Athletics Lot Party! Open to all Wentworth Weekend attendees, this casual gathering offers alumni, families, students, and friends an opportunity to connect, celebrate, and enjoy the excitement of game day. Food and refreshments will be available, along with beer and wine service for guests 21 and over. Stop by, reconnect with the Wentworth community, and cheer on our Leopards together.

Note: Tickets must be purchased in advance. Trolley leaves on time. Please plan accordingly to be there a little before departure time. Tickets are limited, first come, first serve and are non-refundable.

6:00 PM: Ghosts and Graveyard Trolley Tour | $40 Per Person [Offsite activity]
LOCATION: 200 Atlantic Avenue, Boston MA 02110
Note: Tickets must be purchased in advance. This Tour may not be suitable for children under 13 years of age. Due to the loud noises on our tour, children under the age of 6 are not allowed onboard. Tour runs most dark and stormy nights so dress appropriately. Part of the tour is walking. Wear comfortable shoes. Trolley leaves on time. Please plan accordingly to be there a little before departure time. Tickets are limited, first come, first serve and are non-refundable.
