Mandated Counseling Assessment

You are to contact the Center for Wellness to schedule a formal assessment with a mental health professional. This assessment can include up to four sessions. At the conclusion of the assessment, you will be required by the Dean of Students Office to follow any outlined treatment recommendations made by the Center for Wellness. To sign up for this assessment, you must visit the Center for Wellness, located at Watson 003. Once you have fully completed the assessment, the staff will mark your sanction as complete in our database and you must notify your hearing officer, by email, of your completion by the identified deadline.
