Mandated Alcohol/Drug Assessment

You are to contact the Center for Wellness to schedule a formal assessment with the Coordinator of Health Promotion and Education. This assessment can include up to four sessions. At the conclusion of the assessment, you will be required by the Dean of Students Office to follow any outlined treatment recommendations made by the Coordinator of Health Promotion and Education.

To sign up for this assessment, you must visit the scheduler and sign up for an appointment. Once you have fully completed the assessment, the staff will mark your sanction as complete in our database.
