Be advised that there are two components to this sanction: a meeting & an assignment. You are to contact Alana Harris, Assistant Director for Transitions and Campus Events, to schedule a meeting. In this meeting, you will be asked to identify and create and action plan to redirect and focus your behavior. You may be required to meet with additional Wentworth faculty or staff as a result of this meeting. You will also be asked to submit a reflective paper or documented action plan to the individual you meet with. You must complete the meeting and any follow-up assignments by the identified date in this letter.
