Wentworth Institute of Technology will host its 17th Annual Veterans Celebration on Thursday, November 7 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM in Watson Auditorium.

The celebration will feature a variety of activities, including a welcome ceremony, a hearty lunch, and uplifting musical performances by military-connected singer/songwriters, Gary Hannan and Wynn Varble.

Hannan, renowned for his hit song "Back When I Knew It All," and Varble, co-writer of the chart-topping "Have You Forgotten?" will share their talents and personal experiences.

Attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow veterans, students, faculty, and staff. President Mark A. Thompson and Director of Military-Connected Services Michael Siegel will offer remarks on the university’s commitment to veterans and special programming available for students.

The event will conclude with a closing musical performance and dessert.
