Members of the Wentworth community were invited to chill out on Wednesday as the university hosted the Spring Well-being Day, transforming the campus into a hub of wellness and engagement for students, faculty, and staff.

The day provided a dedicated opportunity for the entire community to prioritize their well-being, fostering a culture of care and rejuvenation. With classes suspended for the day, individuals were encouraged to focus on personal wellness in ways that best suited their needs, from rest and relaxation to pursuing personal interests or connecting with colleagues.

A diverse and engaging program of activities was offered throughout the day, designed to appeal to a wide range of interests. Participants enjoyed opportunities to experience massage chairs, interact with Ajax the therapy dog, enjoy an afternoon snack by a fire pit, and explore creative maker projects. Informative resource tables provided access to well-being services, and individual consultations with dieticians were available for personalized advice.
