Co-ops and Careers Office Honored with Innovation in Program Development Award

Wentworth Co-ops and Careers staff

Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Co-ops and Careers office was recently honored with the Innovation in Program Development Award by the Eastern Association of Colleges (EACE). The group was recognized for the ASPIRE@Wentworth initiative.

ASPIRE is a collaboration between Wentworth and Massachusetts General Hospital, designed to support Wentworth students who are neurodiverse. Students work with Wentworth advisors prior to and during a co-op, and also work closely with psychologists and social workers.

Since 2016, 21 Wentworth students have successfully completed a co-op through ASPIRE@Wentworth.
