A team of three senior students from Wentworth Institute of Technology's Business Management program took part in a live case study competition at the annual International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) conference in Orlando, Florida on April 12-13.

Georginaud Guerrier, Ahmed Srour, and Thomas Phaneuf volunteered to participate in the competition and were tasked with helping a multinational pleasure boat corporation with its supply chain and vendor relations issues. They presented their recommendations to a panel of company executives, judges, and audience members, who were impressed with their creativity, thoughtfulness, and incorporation of different perspectives.

The team's coach, Santiago Umaschi, said, "As their mentor in this competition, and a faculty member that has seen them grow from [first] year to senior year, I can say they embody what I try to teach in the program, and this reminds me why I am proud to teach at Wentworth."
