"I've fortunately been offered positions at both my co-ops and I'm trying to decide between the two after graduation. But in the meantime, I'm applying to medical school. I'm very excited. I’d like to go into the surgical field, hopefully becoming a pediatric surgeon or a reconstructive surgeon."

For her capstone, Brianna studied cardiovascular function and how different surgical suturing techniques can affect patient outcomes.
