Sabrina Jacques
Bio
Dr. Sabrina Jacques, PhD, is an Adjunct Professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where she teaches Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her work integrates behavioral science, organizational strategy, and workforce development to advance equitable talent systems and high-impact organizational performance.
She is the Founder of A2G, an education consulting firm where she serves as Lead Consultant for organizational and leadership development, advising public, nonprofit, and private-sector organizations on strategic planning, workforce development, and capacity building. Through this work, she supports the design and implementation of initiatives that align talent strategy with organizational goals and long-term growth.
Dr. Jacques also serves as a Director at ScrubaDub, where she leads learning, training, workforce development, employee engagement, and organizational strategy across a multi-state operation. In this role, she has secured over $250,000 and growing in state-funded workforce development grants across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Rhode Island, strengthening workforce pipelines and advancing employee development initiatives.
In addition, she is a co-writer and curriculum consultant for the $1.3 million Lilly Endowment-funded Rising Voices Initiative, a multi-year leadership development program designed to equip emerging leaders in the Haitian community through culturally responsive training, mentorship, and cross-generational engagement.
Across her academic and professional work, Dr. Jacques brings a distinctive faculty–practitioner perspective, bridging theory and application to develop leaders, strengthen organizations, and expand equitable access to workforce and economic opportunity.
