Chris Poitras (BELM, 2012), Senior Manager, Automation at Amgen, brings to IPAC nearly 15 years of industrial automation experience. After graduating from WIT in 2012, Chris began his career as a system integrator serving primarily life science customers in the Boston area. Since then, Chris has held various roles of increasing responsibility at several Fortune 500 biotechnology companies across the US, focused on process automation, clean and dirty utility automation, instrumentation & controls, networking & integration, and general manufacturing engineering. Chris is passionate about developing teams, building out “Industry 5.0” processes & systems, and looks forward to helping ensure WIT students continue to be best prepared for the industries that need them.

Anthony Noyes is a Research Associate for the Biologics group at Merida Biosciences. His work is primarily in protein biochemistry and molecular biology, with a focus on antibody and Fc-fusion proteins. He is also a class of 2025 graduate of the Biological Engineering program.

Hannah Erickson has a B.S. from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Biological Engineering. She is currently a Clinical Technologist at BostonGene, a biotechnology company focused on precision medicine for cancer patients. She enjoys the fast pace of lab work, especially when she knows that her hard work translates into impactful solutions that benefit others.
