Story of WIT

Since 2021, Story of WIT  has invited students, faculty, and staff to connect with the Wentworth community through the power of art and storytelling. This Fall, we are so proud to introduce Story of WIT: The Game of Life, a storytelling series that takes you on a journey where every choice leads to a new and unexpected adventure. 

This year's story-telling experience includes a virtual interactive poetry exhibit and a university-wide open mic night. 

All events are open to students, faculty, staff, and their guests.

What you see above is an example of found poetry; comprised of the words from the 1977 instructions for the Game of Life. 

Beginning on October 15th, members of the Wentworth Community are invited to shape found words into their own story at this year's Story of WIT interactive poetry exhibit, located in the entrance of the CEIS lobby.  

Exhibit runs from October 15, 2025-November 15, 2025.

Location: Accelerate Makerspace, CEIS building 

Join Craig Bidiman, from the Center for Student Life, in an interactive painting experience meant to explore how messy LIFE can get by splattering a canvas with some paint. Participants will learn a couple techniques for making unique physical art in less than 30 minutes.

On November 12^th, Story of WIT invites you to join in an evening of storytelling and community. Whether this open mic night marks the start of a journey, charts a path to a new adventure, or is just a place to rest for awhile; welcome. We're glad you're here.

Open to poets, musicians, storytellers, and anyone who has ever searched to find meaning in the game of life.
