  Saturday, October 18 - Lunch on the Quad
  Alumni, Families & Guests: $15.00 per person
  Wentworth Students & Children Under 10: Free
• Class of 1975 - Black & Gold 50th Reunion Package: $75 per person
  (Includes access to the 50th Anniversary Luncheon on Friday, hands-on project in Accelerate and the Saturday BBQ Lunch on the Quad)

Note: Offsite ticketed events have separate pricing and are limited to first come, first serve. If you plan to take part in these events, we highly recommend you purchase your tickets upon registration. Please refer to the Events Schedule below for full details.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to tickets for Black & Gold 50th Reunion Activities, lunch tickets and any offsite events. We cannot offer refunds regardless of weather, scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN & TICKET PICK UP 11:30 AM -1:30 PM
When you arrive on campus, please come to Beatty Hall. Take the elevator or stairs down 1 level to the ground floor and check-in here.  *All tickets pre-purchased for off-campus events will be distributed at check-in. Wayfinding signage will be available on campus to help you find your way around.* 

General Activities

12:30 PM: Campus Tour starting in Center for Engineering, Innovation & Sciences (CEIS) Lobby
Take a guided tour of campus with our Admissions Tour Staff!

1:00 - 4:00 PM: Campus Community Fest on the Quad
The event will include music, food and crafting/fall activities.

7:00 PM: Casino Night - Watson Auditorium 
Come on out for a night of family fun! Join us for some card games, games of chance, video games etc. Try to win some great prizes!

Black & Gold Society and 50th Reunion Activities

9:00 AM: Registration - Class of 1975 Black & Gold 50th Reunion  - Watson Auditorium
Come to Watson Auditorium before the day's first activity to check-in, receive your welcome packet, mementos and meet the Lifetime Engagement Team.

10:30 AM Back to Class - Class of 1975 Black & Gold 50th Reunion
Remember the Foundry? Get an up-close look at renovated manufacturing lab spaces and learn how students benefit from these state-of-the-art facilities.

11:30 AM Campus Tour - Take a guided tour of campus - Meet in the Center for Engineering, Innovation and Sciences (CEIS) Lobby.

12:30 PM - 50th Reunion Luncheon and Black & Gold Society Induction - Center for Engineering, Innovation and Sciences (CEIS) Lobby
The Class of 1975 will enjoy a festive meal together and be inducted into the Black & Gold Society.

2:30 PM: Accelerate Activity - Class of 1975 Black & Gold 50th Reunion
Test, learn, iterate, and build just like today’s Wentworth students do in Accelerate, Wentworth’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center.

Join us on the quad for fun, games and inflatables!

10:00 AM: Wentworth Men's Alumni Soccer Game on NEW Sweeney Field
Come play in a casual soccer game or catch up with former teammates and other men’s soccer alumni. (New Sweeney Field located at 600 Parker Street)

11:00 AM: Alumni Career Fireside Chat – Where Are They Now? - Blount Auditorium, Annex Central
Where can your Wentworth degree take you? Join us for a discussion with alumni to hear about how their experiences at Wentworth prepared them for their lives and careers after graduation.

11:00 AM: Wentworth Women’s Volleyball Game vs. Johnson & Wales in Tansey Gym

1:00 PM: Student Startup Competition & Market Place in Watson Auditorium

*Student Marketplace opens at 2:00 PM!*

Mark your calendars for the third annual Leopard Launch Startup Competition, brought to you by Accelerate, Wentworth’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center! In this high-energy, Wentworth Weekend highlight, student entrepreneurs will take the stage to pitch their innovative startups to a panel of judges in just 5 minutes,, competing for three big cash prizes. Immediately following, the audience can dive into the Leopard Launch marketplace, where even more student founders will be showcasing and selling their products and services. Cast your vote for the fan favorite and experience the next generation of Wentworth’s innovators in action!

2:30 PM: Alumni Awards 
Alumni, families and friends are invited to celebrate the 2025 Alumni Award Recipients! Join us as we recognize alumni and industry partner nominees and award recipients being recognized for their contributions to, and advocacy of, Wentworth and the entire university community.

6:00 PM: Ghosts and Graveyard Trolley Tour | $40 Per Person [Offsite activity]
LOCATION: 200 Atlantic Avenue, Boston MA 02110
Note: Tickets must be purchased in advance. This Tour may not be suitable for children under 13 years of age. Due to the loud noises on our tour, children under the age of 6 are not allowed onboard. Tour runs most dark and stormy nights so dress appropriately. Part of the tour is walking. Wear comfortable shoes. Trolley leaves on time. Please plan accordingly to be there a little before departure time. Tickets are limited, first come, first serve and are non-refundable.

Note: Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets to View Boston are valid for the whole day. Guests can visit the Experience anytime between 11am and 9pm. Tickets are limited, first come, first serve and are non-refundable.
