Final Reminders - 29th Annual Alumni Golf Tournament

We are so excited to see everyone Wednesday, June 21 at Pinehills Golf Club, 54 Clubhouse Drive, Plymouth, MA for the SOLD OUT 29th Annual Alumni Golf Tournament brought to you by our Diamond Partner Nelco Worldwide. There are amazing raffle prizes and lots of fun planned – Air Cannon, contests, great food, networking, and a day of golf! Thanks to all our sponsors and golfers we have raised over $200,000 for the students at Wentworth.

Day of Schedule (6/21/23)

• 7:15 AM - 8:45AM:  Check-in starts in the ballroom of the clubhouse (raffle tickets, 50/50 & mulligan tickets available for purchase during this time) 
• 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM: Breakfast in the ballroom 
• 8:45 AM:  All golfers to their carts – your names and clubs will be on your carts 
• 9:00 AM: Shot gun start 
• 1:30 PM / 2:00PM: Golfers Return to Clubhouse – for BBQ Reception, Prizes and Raffle Winners 

IMPORTANT: Checking In: When checking in, please know the name of the Company you are playing with.

Parking Info

Self-parking in the lot at the end of Clubhouse Drive on the right-hand side. 

Bag Drop

Drop your clubs at the bag shack where there will be a designated staff member present. 

Putting Green and Driving Range Open Pre-Start

 If you want to practice, keep a putter or driver with you. 

Raffles/50/50/Mulligan Tickets

 We will accept cards and cash – pricing will be posted at the purchasing table (check out the amazing prizes you can win on the attached document!) 

Complimentary Drink Tickets

 Each golfer will receive 2 drink tickets for any type of beverage. The tickets can be used on the course at the Beverage Cart or in the Clubhouse at the reception after golf. 

IMPORTANT: Alcoholic beverages will only be served to individuals who are 21 years or older. Be sure to keep your ID with you. The beverage cart attendant and bartenders will be checking IDs. 

ATM/Cash and Cards

the Clubhouse has an ATM on site but it is advised that you bring cash with you in case it is out of order of funds; Wentworth will have Square Technology for ticket purchases. The Club Bar can take cash or card and the Beverage Cart can take both as well. Please be prepared.
