Have a question or a concern and don't know who can help you?
Just email DOS@wit.edu and a staff member from the Dean of Students Office will assist you. They're available to listen to your question/concern, work with you to develop a plan, connect you to the right person/place, and support you in any additional way they can.
The staff is also available to meet with you in person, virtually, or over the phone; Just submit a Dean of Students Office Meeting & Outreach request and a staff member will get back to you.

Are you experiencing financial difficulties that are causing food/housing insecurity or preventing you for accessing the learning materials you need?
Students experiencing financial hardship, unrelated to their student account balance, should contact Student Support Specialist Jesse Aparicio Correia, correiaj2@wit.edu, for assistance.

Looking for support with absences, changes to enrollment, or taking a Medical Leave of Absence?
You may contact the Dean of Student Office to connect with one of the Student Support Specialists for guidance on any of these matters and they will assist in referring you to the appropriate person/department.
- Students who are going to be absent from class for an extended period of time (hospitalization, serious illness or injury, bereavement, jury duty) may submit an absence notification form. The Dean's Office will notify your faculty and assist you with your return to campus. As a general reminder, absence notifications do not excuse absences and will not be sent after the fact.
- Visit the Academic Catalog to learn about the various changes to enrollment that are available to students.
