Stephanie Crepeau, a 2017 Construction Management graduate from Wentworth Institute of Technology, is not just building structures; she's building a reputation as a dynamic leader in a demanding industry. Her recent feature in the New England Real Estate Journal's (NEREJ) coveted “Ones To Watch” spotlight affirms her rising influence and dedication as a Superintendent at BOND Building Construction.

The NEREJ, a prominent voice in the region's real estate and construction sectors, selected Crepeau for her forward-thinking approach and unwavering commitment. This sentiment is echoed by Frank Hayes, President of BOND Building Construction at BOND Brothers, Inc. In the spotlight, Hayes lauded Crepeau, stating, "Steph is constantly raising the bar for herself... her thirst for knowledge and drive to improve are incredible."

Crepeau speaks in NEREJ of stepping into a role once held by a long-tenured male Superintendent. "I realized that trying to be like them was not going to work for me," she shared. "By shifting my focus to my own systems, strengths, and approach...I also successfully delivered a critical healthcare project."

This experience solidified a core belief for Crepeau: "Being a leader in construction is not defined by gender or age; true success lies in being yourself and using your own strengths."
