Bio
Paul Firenze has taught at Wentworth Institute of Technology since fall 2015, teaching ethics and philosophy courses with an emphasis in the philosophy/ethics of technologies. He currently teaches the courses Virtual Ethics: Morality in the Age of Information Technology, Bioethics, Philosophy and Religion, and Science, Technology, and Society. He has also taught the courses Ethics and Designing the Good Life.
He has been a member of Wentworth’s Institutional Review Board since 2016, and chair since 2019. He served as a member of the Faculty Senate from 2018-2022. Before coming to Wentworth, he taught philosophy and religion courses at Providence College, Bristol Community College, and Anna Maria College.
