Jayshri Kulkarni

Bio
Jayshri Kulkarni received her B.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Shivaji University, Maharashtra, India, in 2005, her M.E in Microwave Engineering from PICT College, Pune, Maharashtra, in 2011, and her Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India, in 2020. From 2006 to 2009, she served as a Lecturer at GSM College of Engineering, Pune. From 2010 to 2022, she was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at VIIT, Pune. From 2022 to 2024, she worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Baylor University, Waco, TX, USA. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor in the electrical and computer engineering program, school of engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, USA.
Dr. Kulkarni has authored more than ten books and over 60 research papers in reputed journals and conferences. Her research interests include antennas, microwave engineering, and wireless communications. She has received several awards, including the Desmond Sim Award for Best Antenna Design Paper at IEEE InCAP 2019 (India), the Outstanding Oral Presentation Award at ICRAMET 2020 (Indonesia), and the Best Paper of the Session Award at IEEE ESCI 2021 (Pune). In 2022, she was a recipient of the prestigious Mojgan Daneshmand Grant awarded by the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S).
