Fall Open House
Welcome to Wentworth
Open House is an excellent opportunity to explore campus, learn about different majors, and talk with faculty, staff and students about what it’s like to be a student at Wentworth. Don’t hold back! Not sure if you want to major in Architecture or Electrical Engineering? Learn more about these degree programs by attending academic breakout sessions. Wondering about financing a Wentworth education? We’ve got a session for that. You and your parents can split up to divide and conquer if you wish. We hope that when you leave here today, you will have all of your questions answered.
The official program will begin with a Welcome Address at 9:30 a.m. Following this, there will be an opportunity for you to attend major specific information sessions, campus tours, and chat with representatives from financial aid, co-ops + careers, housing, student engagement, student clubs & organizations, etc. A buffet lunch will be available from 11:30 - 1:30 p.m. Please view the schedule for a detailed description of the day's events.
Parking is available in the West Lot located on the corner of Huntington Avenue and Ruggles Street. Please note that West Lot parking is limited. If the lot is filled, you will be directed to the Parker Street Lot.
We also encourage guests to use public transportation. Our neighboring MBTA stops are the Museum of Fine Arts stop on the Green 'E' line and the Ruggles stop on the Orange line. Please visit our website for detailed directions and travel information.
Check-in will take place between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. in Tansey Gym. Campus representatives from various student affairs departments will be on hand to answer questions related to their areas (co-ops + careers, counseling and disability services, financial aid, housing, public safety, technology services, etc). Don't worry, these tables will be staffed all day if you miss anyone in the morning.
