Architecture Ranks High on GradReports’ Undergraduate and Graduate Lists

Wentworth’s Architecture programs fared well on a new list of best architecture schools compiled by rankings group GradReports:

Interior Design Dept. Awarded ‘Best School Entry’ by IIDA

Wentworth’s Department of Interior Design won the “Best School Entry” at the 2019 International Interior Design Association (IIDA) New England Fashion Show.

Students created a costume design utilizing interior materials in an effort to demonstrate creativity and craftsmanship.

IIDA has more than 12,000 Members in nine specialty Forums in 30 Chapters around the world. The event is one of the largest interior design competitions for design firms and schools in New England. More than 800 people were in attendance.

Adventure Awaits in Industrial Design Outdoor-Themed Studio Show

You might be forgiven if you thought you stepped into an REI or L.L. Bean on Wentworth’s campus this week. “Adventure Awaits,” an Industrial Design project on exhibit until July 18 has transformed the Center for Engineering, Innovation and Sciences into a showroom complete with student-created camping and outdoor equipment.
