The Tech Spot is Wentworth's Technology Help Desk. From accounts to laptops and printing to software, we support all services offered by the department and are home to two additional teams listed below.
- Distribution, technical support, and licensing of academic software.
- Media Services supports classroom media technology and maintains an inventory of equipment available for loan for academic purposes. They also provide support services for meetings, conferences, and on-campus events.
- Brightspace Support is available 24/7. Call the Tech Spot at 617-989-4500 and select "Brightspace" when prompted.
