The Tech Spot is Wentworth's Technology Help Desk. From accounts to laptops, we support all services offered by the department and are home to two additional teams listed below.

  • Laptop Program: All aspects of the University's laptop program including distribution, technical support, on-site repair, and academic software licensing and downloads are supported by this group.
  • Media Services: supports classroom media technology and maintains an inventory of equipment available for loan for academic purposes. They also provide support services for meetings, conferences, and on-campus events. 

Blackboard Support

Blackboard support is available 24/7. For support, please call the Tech Spot at 617-989-4500 and select "Blackboard" when prompted. You can also visit the Blackboard Online Support Center to submit a request electronically, use the browser-check tool, and more.
