Wentworth Institute of Technology welcomes applications from Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) students.
What do I need to know as a DACA student applying to Wentworth?
Wentworth’s degree requirements include the completion of two cooperative education work semesters. Each DACA applicant must submit a copy of their U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) DACA approval and Employment Authorization Document (EAD) with the application. Please email the copies directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are DACA students eligible for Wentworth merit scholarships?
Yes, DACA students are evaluated and awarded merit scholarships in the same manner as all other applicants.
Are DACA students eligible for Massachusetts state or federal financial aid?
At this time, DACA students are not eligible. We encourage DACA students to look for private scholarships.
