Part 7: Interpretation and Revision
Any questions of interpretation regarding The Student Code of Conduct shall be referred to the Director for Student Conduct & Restorative Practices or designee for determination. The Director for Student Conduct & Restorative Practices or designee’s determination is final.
The Student Code of Conduct shall be reviewed annually, with a full review every three (3) years under the direction of the Vice President of Student Affairs and the Dean of Students. The Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students or designee shall coordinate recommendations from members of the University community regarding suggested revisions to The Student Code.
Minor changes/updates to The Student Code of Conduct may be made at any time. Students are responsible for actively reviewing expectations outlined in The Student Code of Conduct.
