Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Compliance Policy

In compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLB Act), Public Law 106-102 (1999), Wentworth protects the private non-public information of consumers, students and employees. Wentworth collects information such as:

  1. Name;
  2. Social Security Number;
  3. Date and location of birth;
  4. Sex ;
  5. Financial status;
  6. Salary history;
  7. Personal Check Information;
  8. ACH numbers;
  9. Credit Card Numbers;
  10. Drivers License Information.

Wentworth’s policy is to identify and safeguard this information with the appropriate procedures to insure compliance with the GLB Act. Wentworth will manage private non-public information in accordance with all applicable state and federal guidelines relating to the use, disclosure and retention of private non-public information.
