Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, Fallon Company Chair Joseph Fallon, Street2Ivy founder Tavares Brewington, and Wentworth Institute of Technology Vice President for Institutional Advancement and External Relations Crate Herbert were among those who recently congratulated the graduating class of the 2022 Fallon Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program.

The awards presentation, which took place on Wentworth's Boston campus, found students presenting capstone projects to representatives from real estate development firm The Fallon Company and entrepreneurial incubator Street2Ivy.

The free, six-week program, equips young people ages 16-21 with the skills, knowledge, and mentors needed to participate in real estate investing, including how to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, conduct property valuation and market analysis, raise capital, and submit and negotiate a winning offer.
