Intro. to Management Class Yields Campus Marketplace

First-year students in Professor Santiago Umaschi’s Introduction to Management course displayed their entrepreneurial spirit this week at a marketplace set up on the Wentworth Institute of Technology quad.  

Computer Information Systems as well as Business Management majors were tasked with developing a product or service, producing it, and then selling it. Items available for purchase included a holiday trash removal service, scented hand sanitizer, and a special adhesive substance to help prevent losing keys.
