Interior Design Students Honored for Workplace Studio Projects

Dean of the School of Architecture and Design Sedef Doganer, recent graduate Jessica Cunningham, and Associate Professor Lynette Panarelli were among attendees at the IIDA New England Design Awards 

Jessica Cunningham, Interior Design ’22, recently earned second place at the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) New England Design Awards. She submitted her junior summer workplace studio project, led by Associate Professor Lynette Panarelli, which explored how Covid-19 has changed workplace design.  

Cunningham is currently working as a professional designer at NBBJ Design, where she spent both of her co-ops. 

Additionally, current Wentworth senior Annie Sznaj, completed the workplace studio with Professor Panarelli and was recently awarded Student Designer of the Year at this year's annual International Furnishings and Design Association event.
