Overtime Payments
Each biweekly paycheck will include overtime pay for extra hours worked during the prior work period.
Holiday Rates
See Subsection 3.5.2.
Exempt Employees
Employees who supervise others and whose duties and responsibilities are administrative, executive or professional are exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act and are not eligible for overtime payments.
