Employment at Will
Employment at Wentworth may be terminated at the will of the employee or Wentworth at any time without notice or cause. Therefore, except as provided in any individual administrative contract signed by the President of Wentworth, none of the Wentworth’s policies, procedures or practices, including those set forth in this Volume III, are to be viewed as a contract or as creating any promises or contractual rights of any kind. Rather, they are guidelines that can be changed by Wentworth at its discretion at any time and without prior notice or agreement. This version of Volume III supersedes and replaces all previous handbooks and other statements of Wentworth policy, rules, and procedures. No representative of Wentworth has the authority to enter a contrary agreement except the President or a designee and the employee. Any such contrary agreement must be in writing and signed by the President or a designee and the employee.
