Program Coordinators

The Program Coordinator (PC) position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills in student supervision, mentoring, and event planning and implementation. The PC’s will be responsible for leading RAMP Mentors, monitoring student projects, keeping track of daily attendance, and working closely with RAMP leadership staff on the day-to-day operation of the program. Program Coordinators will also be tasked with facilitating mentor interviews, helping develop training and schedules for mentors, and developing theme resources for project teams.

Mentors

Mentors are essential to RAMP and its success. Mentors are responsible for leading the RAMP project and providing support to incming students. They play a crucial role in guiding and supporting mentees through their high school to college transition by leading project tams, monitoring projects, and providing peer mentoring support.
