Briefly share what led you to the work you do now.
A lot of student affairs professionals will share that their own college experience is what led to them being in this field -- and that rings true for me. In college, as a first-generation college student, I had so many questions and needed support in navigating a new environment. So many people helped guide me along to help with my own personal and professional development, and I hope to be able to do the same with my work in this field.
Describe one thing that you are working on or is happening in your area that you are excited about.
I am currently a part of a committee redeveloping The Student Code of Conduct. We plan to use a series of equity-minded questions to help guide us in making the Code and its components more equitable and accessible for students.
What is one interesting fact about you?
I love to play volleyball, and can deliver quite the serve on a good day!

What's one piece of advice do you have for LGBTQIA+ students at Wentworth?
It can be difficult at times to find yourself in this world, and to be comfortable with who you are (I know!). Stay true to who you are, and share when you are ready. Find a trusted friend or staff member...someone you can be authentic with. Talking, learning, and meeting people helps!
