Wentworth Institute of Technology has been recognized as one of the top colleges in the nation for producing high-earning graduates, according to a new report from the data journalism site Stacker. 

The Wentworth Institute of Technology community came together on October 17 to mark a transformational milestone—the official naming of the Douglas D. Schumann School of Engineering, made possible by a record-setting $25 million gift from alumnus and Trustee Emeritus Douglas D. Schumann ’64, Hon. ’08.

On Tuesday evening, the School of Architecture and Design at Wentworth Institute of Technology celebrated the launch of its new Industrial Design Mentorship Program—an initiative more than a year in the making.

A team of Mechanical Engineering students from Wentworth Institute of Technology has developed an innovative 3D printing system that tackles one of the technology's most common challenges: waste.  

For their senior capstone project, students Cole Fisher, Nikola Rosich, Nathaniel Smith, and Scott Stehlik created "OmniPrint," a novel system that uses a robotic arm to print complex objects without support structures.
