Banner Password Requirements

When you change your Wentworth Network Account password, you must follow the steps below to synchronize it to retain access to Banner INB and Argos. This step does NOT happen automatically and only needs to be completed once after your password is changed.

Banner:

  1. Reset your password following the standard directions. Note you cannot use the following special characters in your password if you access Banner INB: $ @ #.
  2. Access the Banner Credential Management Utility by logging in with your newly chosen password.
  3. Type your new password into the Password field displayed and click save.

Argos:

  1. Complete the steps for Banner above.
  2. If you currently have the Argos or Argos Web application open, close it completely.
  3. Your new password will synchronize automatically when Argos is launched.
