2020-2021 Student Organization Programming Guides

To best support the health and well-being of the campus community during the current COVID-19 pandemic, the following policies have been established to align the missions of our clubs and organizations with the requirements of the University. The below addendum takes effect August 16, 2020 and remain in place until further notice is given. The University reserves the right to alter any of these requirements to respond to campus and/or public health concerns, as well as to remain in compliance with changes to state or local orders. It is expected that club and organization executive board members read and understand these policies. Questions regarding this addendum should be directed to the Center for Student Engagement or the Center for Diversity and Social Justice Programs.

Student Engagement Self Service Kiosk  

This form has the option to put in a request for a purchase card, a reimbursement, a check for an outside vendor, a cashbox, a vehicle, a Chartwells order, a travel waiver or anything else you can think of.
