Info Hub Attendant

The Info Hub Attendant maintains desk operations throughout the week. This includes: customer assistance, selling tickets, answering telephone and email inquiries, photocopying/faxing/printing, distributing T-passes, lockers, and other departmental arrangements, keeping the work area clean, and other duties as assigned.


Customer Service: Info Hub Attendants will provide exemplary customer service by providing information about campus, giving directions, and positive daily interactions with those who use the Flanagan Campus Center.


WITwear Assistant

Manage student clothes borrowing program for career- and school-related events.  Housed in Evans Way/Tudbury, you will help to maintain the closet by taking inventory, working with student clients to help them choose an outfit to wear, checking them out, and recording the transactions.  Receive clothing when returned and re-inventory items.  Send items to be dry cleaned between each usage.

Office Assistant

Provide assistance at reception area to all visitors:  employers, faculty, students and alumni.  Greet guests, help them to register their appointments via a swipe system or add them manually.  Let Advisors know when appointments have arrived.  Help students to schedule appointments.  Assist employers with their needs during their on-campus visits.  Assist staff with projects and errands. 

Study Abroad Assistant

We are looking for support with student outreach, marketing, and event support around the study abroad initiative. As the interest to study abroad grows, so does the support needed. Looking for a student to assist with various study abroad projects including but not limited to: Study Abroad Annual Showcase and Fair, website management, testimonial video production, and assisting in the development of a Global Ambassador program for exchange students on campus.

Weekends@Wit Assistant

  • Assists the Weekends at WIT committee in the promotion, execution, setup, and breakdown of all activities and events sponsored by the Weekends at WIT committee.   

  • Assistants will be responsible for running events under the supervision of the Weekends at WIT student coordinator, including checking in attendees, handing out evaluations, running events, and clean-up. 

  • Applicants MUST be available to work Saturdays evenings from 8:00pm often until late into the evening.
