Office Assistant

We are looking for one or two office assistants to help with office tasks, marketing/social media, photography, and support for events sponsored by the College of Engineering and Computer Science.

Study Abroad Assistant

We are looking for support with student outreach, marketing, and event support around the study abroad initiative. As the interest to study abroad grows, so does the support needed. Looking for a student to assist with various study abroad projects including but not limited to: Study Abroad Annual Showcase and Fair, website management, testimonial video production, and assisting in the development of a Global Ambassador program for exchange students on campus.

Admissions Operations Assistant

The Admissions Operations Assistant will assist the Admissions Office with all activities related to the recruitment and enrollment of new students. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, processing mail and application materials, assisting with prospective student mailings, and entering prospective student inquiry information. Possible additional duties include answering telephones, responding to emails, greeting visitors, and participating in Admissions sponsored events.

SALT Ambassador

The SALT ambassador will research SALT financial literacy programs on the SALT website and market these resources to students. You will work with the Financial Aid Counselor to brainstorm ideas for ways to promote financial literacy on campus, be in charge of planning and presenting at various events on campus, and recruiting students to sign up for the website. This job will be a low commitment of a few hours per week with the opportunity to get additional hours working in the Student Service Center. 

Weekends@Wit Assistant

  • Assists the Weekends at WIT committee in the promotion, execution, setup, and breakdown of all activities and events sponsored by the Weekends at WIT committee.   

  • Assistants will be responsible for running events under the supervision of the Weekends at WIT student coordinator, including checking in attendees, handing out evaluations, running events, and clean-up. 

  • Applicants MUST be available to work Saturdays evenings from 8:00pm often until late into the evening.
