Job Title:  Student Caller

Position Summary:

Summary:  Delivers and serves food at scheduled funtions uner the supervision of the Catering Director.  Ensures the accurate execution of all events during his/her shift.  May drive a catering delivery truck.

Work with Diversity Programs staff to produce diversity related programs and events throughout the academic year. Possible programs includes Diversity Week, the Women’s Leadership Series, and the Beloved Community Social Justice Retreat; as well as movies screenings, performances, speakers and informational displays.

Assist the Office of Student Affairs and Office of Community Standards in producing/editing publications and logos. Edit, design, and create colorful works with the possibility of assisting with updates to the office web site. Experience in the Adobe Suite is required. Knowledge of MAC operating systems is preferred, but not required.

Assists the Advancement Operations staff with maintaining the integrity of the Institutional Advancement database. Research and update addresses, phone numbers, and business information of alumni, parents, and friends. Data entry using Millennium software. Accuracy and attention to detail are key.

  • Assists the Weekends at WIT committee in the promotion, execution, setup, and breakdown of all activities and events sponsored by the Weekends at WIT committee.   

  • Management of social media pages (Twitter & Facebook) 

  • Work events and take photos of events for social media 

  • Convey enthusiasm for Weekends at WIT to promote upcoming events 

  • Work advertisement tables during the week  

  • Attend Street Team Meetings one hour a week  

  1. Punctuality and communication means being 5 minutes early to begin your shift so you can set up the advertising table or assist with the setup of an event. This job requires to you actively check your Wentworth Email throughout the day and to be consistently

Work Schedule: 5-10 hours per week as required (may include opening, closing, and/or weekend hours)
This position provides circulation services to members of the Wentworth community during Library hours.

Responsibilities

The Interior Design Materials Resource Librarian is responsible for organizing, cataloging and maintaining the Materials Resource Library in the Interior Design studio.

 Duties / Responsibilities:

Works with department head, program coordinators and department manager. Performs general office duties.

Responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of the studio during evening and weekend hours, including notifying Public Safety in emergency situations. This is includes making sure that students are using the space to work on design projects and not being disruptive and reposrting any issues with the facilities (broken windows, leaks, etc.) Must be a freshman in Interior or Industrial D

Responsible for maintaining studio and spray booth rules and regulations during evening and weekend hours, including notifying Public Safety in emergency situations.  Additional duties include monitoring closing procedures for spray booth equipment.  

Works with department head, program coordinators and department manager. Performs general office duties.
