All costs listed below are semester rates unless otherwise stated. At the discretion of the Institute, tuition and fees are subject to change at anytime.

Day Students: 2017-2018

  • Full-Time Tuition (12-20 credits): $16,477
  • Tuition per Credit (11 credits or less or Overload greater than 20): $1,030
  • Tuition per Credit in a Continuing Education Course: $1,030

College of Professional and Continuing Education: 2017-2018

  • Tuition per Credit: $475
  • Tuition per Credit in a Day Program Course: $1,030
  • Tuition per Credit Master of Science in Construction Management: $1,135
  • Tuition per Credit Master of Science in Facilities Management: $1,135
  • Tuition per Credit Master of Science in Technology Management: $1,135
  • Tuition per Credit Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering: $1,200

Master of Architecture Students: 2017-2018

  • Full-Time Tuition (12-20 credits): $18,100
  • Tuition per Credit (11 credits or less or Overload greater than 20): $1,005
  • Tuition per Credit in a Day Program Course: $1,005

Health Insurance: 2017-2018*

Health Insurance costs for the 2017-2018 academic year are as follows:

  • Annual Coverage: $2,023
  • Spring & Summer Coverage: $1,325
  • Fall Only Coverage: $698
  • Spring Only Coverage: $666
  • Summer Only Coverage: $659

*Coverage is determined by the first term during any given academic year in which a student enrolls in nine or more credits including coop. See the Health Insurance page for more information on coverage, enrollment and waivers. Subject to change.

Application Fee & Deposits

  • Application Fee (non‐refundable): $50
  • Tuition Deposit: $250
  • Housing Deposit (2-semester): $500

Parking Passes

  • College of Professional and Continuing Education ‐ Evening and Weekend: $70
  • Day/Commuter: $200
  • Overnight/Resident (Juniors & Seniors Only): $400
