Office of Student Affairs Student Employment Opportunities

The OSA employs between 15-20 students as Office of Student Affairs Assistants, or OSAAs as they are known, each semester to support our office and the Wentworth community. OSAAs primarily assist with general operations (phone calls, greeting visitors, working on special projects etc…), but also enjoy down-time to work on homework/personal projects. We also have project opportunities for students who enjoy/ are interested in:

  • Graphic Design
  • Photography
  • Social Media
  • Podcasting
  • Blogging

This is a FEDERAL WORK-STUDY student employment position and interested students must be pre-approved for work study as part of their Financial Aid package before applying for jobs.  Work-study positions are part-time (maximum 16 hours/week).

To apply for one of these positions, students should:

  • Email the Assistant to the Deans, Jesse Correia, at correiaj2@wit.edu, or stop by our office in Rubenstein 003 to confirm position openings and to discuss your availability.
  • Check your Federal Work Study eligibility by logging into your personal Lconnect account, click on Leopard Web. Then, select Award under the Financial Aid tab for an overview. Make sure that you have been awarded student employment funds AND that you have accepted the award.  
  • Visit Wentworth's student employment website to electronically sign your employment contract and complete your I-9 / W-4 forms.
