Strategic Plan: Timeline

As part of this inclusive and transparent process, we reached out through online portals, poster sessions and interactive workshops to garner as many different perspectives and ideas as possible. Additionally, we provided more than 10 community-wide updates to ensure that all members of the community felt informed and a part of the process.

What’s next?

We now move into our next important stage of asking all departments and divisions to define specific initiatives, targets and measures consistent with the broad plan goals, along with identifying necessary resource and technology needs. Specific initiatives will then be established and these initiatives and their resource needs will be presented to the Board of Trustees.
