Group Exercise Classes

Each semester, the Schumann Fitness Center offers a wide variety of group exercises classes to fulfill the needs of Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Massachusetts Colleges of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and Wentworth Institute of Technology communities.

   12:00pm   Roll and Restore Yoga with Sarah

   6:00pm     Barre with Alicia

   7:00pm     Kick It with Alicia 

Thursday  

   12:00pm   Barre with Alicia

   5:00pm     BollyX with Heather

 

Classes begin on Tuesday, January 16!!

Classes are held in the Group Exercise Studio @ 610 Huntington unless otherwise noted.

All classes are 50 minutes in length.  They are also FREE!
