How to request Degree & Enrollment Verifications
Former students are sometimes asked to verify that they have earned a degree. This is particularly true in employment situations. While the student may request that a transcript be sent to satisfy this need, it may not always be appropriate, or necessary, for the recipient to have other academic information (grades, GPA, etc.). The Office of the Registrar will provide degree verification to former students upon request. To file a request simply fill out the form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Employers and agencies seeking degree verifications should contact the National Student Clearinghouse . Wentworth Institute of Technology has contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse for this service. Contacting the Office of the Registrar or the Student Service Center will only result in a referral to the National Student Clearinghouse.
Official enrollment verifications are available through the Office of the Registrar at no cost. Insurance companies and loan/financial aid agencies frequently seek verification of enrollment before providing services.

Wentworth Institute of Technology Registrar's Office now uses an express mail service that will allow you to request shipment of your documents through FedEx and track its shipment. Requesting your transcripts/verifications through express mail is at your expense and your credit card will be charged upon requesting the service. The FedEx Express mailing must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover only). You must use the web site provided below -do not go through the FedEx website directly.

You will be required to create your own user name and password in order to create an account. To request shipment, you will need your Wentworth ID number, mailing address, email address, phone number and credit card information.
