Michael Mozill, Associate Professor of Business Management and Entrepreneur, presented in the Accelerate space on the ins and outs of the Business Model Canvas. He shared with students the many benefits it has including its flexibility. He highlighted that this type of plan should be what early stage startups focus on. It allows for adjustments and fluctuations and has the added benefit of being a one page document. This allows teams and businesses to see their entire plan in one place.
